And a judge in New York said, well, I just - I'm not convinced.
Whether it's true or not, I just - I'm glad somebody is pointing that out.
And it's just -- I mean, it's astonishing that someone would actually do something like that.
And I'm just - I was - you know, it makes sense hearing your guest talk about his behavior.
And then sometimes -- as I said before, people just -- I think they're worried about their own lives.

Mr. SCORCESE: Yeah, and they just - I mean literally - extreme, extraordinarily, violent time - I mean in all of the major cities in the East Coast.
At the conclusion of that they'll make a determination and a recommendation to the President in which he'll evaluate -- I just -- I think that process is continuing.
Exhibit 16 -- and I'm just -- I'm not going to go through all of this, but I want just want to briefly show the frantic activity on this particular day.
The operations tempo has gotten to the point for me, from having left the Army, that you just - I really don't think that we can go on too much longer.

So I just -- I just had a meeting with my team this week about this, trying to find ways that we can improve the assessment system so we're still holding schools accountable, we're still holding teachers accountable, but we're not just holding them accountable for a score on a standardized test, but we have a richer way of assessing whether these schools are making progress.
