宪兵（xiànbīng）（英文military policeman，简称MP，军事警察），与装甲兵、航空兵一样，是世界上多数国家军队的正规常设兵种。主要负责维持军队纪律，保障军队命令的执行，组织军事法庭。是名副其实的军队中的警察。
