代收行是指接受托收行的委托，向付款人(进口商)收款的进口地银行。代收行大部分都是托收行的国外分行或代理行。根据《托收统一规则》的规定，委托人可以指定代收行。
代收行必须无延误地将承兑通知发送向其发出托收指示的银行。
