President Mugabe and his inner circle are the target of international sanctions which involve travel bans and restrict them from doing business in the West as well as curbing non-humanitarian financial aid to Zimbabwe.
They involve ginning up microbes to do things that we really need doing such as making clean fuel, sucking up carbon dioxide, cleaning fat out of our arteries, giving us a lot more immunity to nasty bacteria and viruses and helping us make plastics and chemicals more efficiently and cheaply.
Meddling is keeping on top of what others are doing and figuring out mutually beneficial ways in which you can involve yourself in their projects and vice versa.
At this time of year, walking from one to the other will probably involve negotiating four jugglers, two unicyclists, a retro-clad maiden doing light operatics and a local who's trying make a quid from her world-record number of body-piercings.
