第五十二条商业银行的工作人员应当遵守法律、行政法规和其他各项业务管理的规定，不得有下列行为。
Article 52 Employees of commercial Banks should abide by laws and administrative regulations and other operational rules and must not perform the followings.
遵守法律、行政法规，服从监督；
observe laws and administrative rules and regulations, and submit to supervision;
第四条订立经济合同，必须遵守法律和行政法规。
Article 4 in concluding an economic contract, the parties must comply with the laws, administrative rules and regulations.
