黑麦属是小麦 的三级 基因源,其 中蕴藏着 丰富的遗传 变异,是改 良普通小 麦产量 、品质 、抗病性和抗逆性 的重要基因资源。本属约有5种,产欧亚大陆温带地区。我国栽培1种,另1种最近引种作原始材料。该属物种为一年或多年生植物。
