非行（原名李文兵），1970年12月6日出生于安徽省宿州市，中国内地导演、编剧，毕业于安徽艺术学院民族音乐专业。 1999年，担任犯罪剧《暴风法庭》的编剧。2004年，执导电视剧《非常报道》。2011年，自编自导犯罪片《守望者：罪恶迷途》。2012年，凭借都市悬疑片《全民目击》获得第1届伦敦国际华语电影节最佳导演奖。2013年，自编自导的都市悬疑电影《全民目击》上映。2018年12月29日，由其执导的奇幻冒险电影《鬼吹灯之云南虫谷》上映。
