Objective: To select an optimum extracting technique of Pachman and determine its content in Poria peels from different habitats.
方法:对来自不同产地的十二个样品进行测定,采用苯酚—硫酸法,测定茯苓聚糖吸光度。
Method: the colorimetric method of phenol and sulfuric acid was used to determine the absorbance of Pachman. Result: 12 samples from different producing areas were determined.
