皮兰（Piran、意大利语：Pirano皮兰诺）是位于斯洛文尼亚西南隅的都市，面亚得里亚海的皮兰湾。南部接克罗地亚国界，北部则和意大利的海域相接邻。其巷弄间独特的风情吸引不少观光客前来；此外，作曲家塔替尼也在此出生，皮兰有个塔替尼广场，即是以他的名字命名。官方场合上，并用斯洛文尼亚语和意大利语两种语文。
