琴书是一种中国民间艺术。曲艺中的琴书，因演唱时用扬琴为主要伴奏乐器而得名。琴书的表现形式不一，有一人立唱，两人或多人坐唱或走唱，也有分角色拆唱。唱词也根据其乐曲，有七字句、十字句和长短句之分。有说有唱，一般以唱为主，以说为辅。伴奏乐器除扬琴之外，也兼用三弦、二胡、筝、坠胡等。
