柚皮，中药名。为芸香科植物柚Citrus maxima (Burm.) Merr.的果皮。浙江、江西、福建、台湾、湖北、湖南、广东、广西、四川、贵州、云南等地均有栽培。具有宽中理气，消食，化痰，止咳平喘之功效。常用于气郁胸闷，脘腹冷痛，食积，泻痢，咳喘，疝气。
METHODS:The reference substances consisted of naringin and neohesperidin,TLC was used to identify naringin and neohesperidin from Fructus Aurantii,and the contents of naringin and neohesperidin were determined by HPLC.
方法:以柚皮苷和新橙皮苷为对照品,对枳壳建立TLC鉴别,采用高效液相色谱法测定枳壳中柚皮苷和新橙皮苷的含量。
