第十七条有下列情形之一的，仲裁协议无效。
Article 17 an arbitration agreement shall be invalid under any of the following circumstances.
仲裁协议被认定无效或者被撤销的。
Where the arbitration agreement is deemed void or cancelled.
仲裁协议除了应具备一般契约的有效要件外，还应具备其特别有效要件；反之，可导致仲裁协议无效。
In addition to the general effective conditions that general contract shall have, the arbitration agreement shall have some special effective conditions; otherwise, it becomes invalid.
