拆模，选择分模面时，应考虑减小由于脱模斜度造成产品的大小端尺寸差异。如果产品较高，若型腔设在动模的一侧，则因脱模斜度造成产品的大小端尺寸差异较大，当产品不允许有较大脱模斜度时，采用此种结构必然使脱模困难。若产品外观无严格要求，可将分模面选在产品中间，它可以采用较小的脱模斜度，有得于脱模。
