抓拍，Candid photography，又名写实抓拍，是摄影技巧，相对于用相机脚架拍摄或商品摄影，抓拍是捕捉目标景物“刹那即逝”的影像，例如一件新闻事件、社会活动、儿童的微笑、足球比赛的精彩入球。 抓拍有时是对方同意的，例如模特儿拍外景；也有些是“事出突然”，来不及获得对方的同意，例如交通意外连环图。有称后者是为偷拍。 严格来说，人像摄影等，在按下快门之前，未有数“一、二、三、笑”都是“抓拍”。
