恶寒，中医症状名。凡患者自觉怕冷，多加衣被，或近火取暖，仍感寒冷不能缓解的，称为恶寒。中医中有“有一分恶寒便有一分表证”的说法，故“恶寒”常为临床诊断和鉴别外感表证的重要指征。
