恢复法，杜尔克姆《社会分工》（1893年）一书的术语，指现代社会法律制度，压制法的对称。杜尔克姆认为，现代社会建立在劳动分工的基础上，人们从事不同的工作，但在功能上又是相互联系，相互依赖的，靠有机联带性把人们联系在一起。违反法律规范会破坏社会成员间的有机的联系。单纯依靠压制，惩罚不足以使社会恢复内在有机的联系。为了恢复有机联带性，其法律形式也必须由压制法转变为恢复法。它体现在合同法，侵权行为法等现代法律制度中。
