对违反本协议任何条款的弃权行为均属(明确或暗示)无效，除非该弃权行为是经申请弃权方的对方所书面认可的。
A waiver of any breach of any provision of this Agreement shall not be effective, or implied, unless the waiver is in writing and is signed by the Party against whom that waiver is claimed.
