学位服，Academic dress， 是学位获得者在学位授予仪式上穿戴的表示学位的正式礼服，是其获得学位的、有形的、可见的标志之一。中国在1994年5月10日，国务院学位委员会第十二次会议关于制定一套既有中国特色又符合世界惯例、统一规范的学位服，向学位授予单位推荐使用的决定，国务院学位委员会办公室印发了《关于推荐使用学位服的通知》及其附件《学位服简样》和《学位服着装规范》。
毕业生在毕业典礼上的服装也是很有讲究的，最重要的就是学位服（academic dress）了，方帽长袍（Cap and Gown）是毕业生服装的经典形象。
