孔达，春秋时卫国执政。亦称庄叔，名达。晋文公末年，诸侯朝晋，卫成公不朝。周襄王二十七年(公元前625年)夏，晋师伐卫，占领戚邑。他受命率师伐晋。明年，卫为与晋和好，将其交给晋。后晋放其回国。他，又多次率军随晋人伐宋、救郑。周定王十年(公元前597年)，宋攻打陈国。他又受命率卫军救陈。翌年，晋查卫救陈之责，其自缢而死。
