奖励制度亦称“奖金制度”。规定奖励权限的划分、奖励形式、奖励标准及奖金来源的准则，是工资制度的一个组成部分。我国目前实行的奖金范围是： (1) 生产 (业务) 奖。包括超产奖、质量奖、安全 (无事故) 奖、考核各项经济指标的综合奖、提前竣工奖、外轮速遣奖、年终奖 (劳动分红) 等；(2) 节约奖。包括各种动力、燃料、原材料等节约奖。(3) 劳动竞赛奖。包括发给劳动模范、先进个人的各种奖金和实物奖励。其他奖金。包括从兼课酬金和业余医疗卫生服务收入提成中支付的奖金等。
