地面发射，利用地面发射系统发射导弹的方式和技术。按机动性可分为地面固定发射和地面机动发射。地面固定发射，是利用固定在地面上的发射系统实施导弹发射。早期的中、远程地地弹道导弹和地空导弹，大多采用这种发射方式。地面机动发射是利用便携式或车载发射装置实施行进间或快速定点发射导弹。车载机动发射有公路机动、铁路机动和越野机动等几种方式。公路或越野机动又分轮式车辆机动和履带式车辆机动。机动发射能提高导弹的射前生存能力，但需解决快速定位定向等关键技术问题。
