向皇后（1046年―1101年），祖籍河内（今河南沁阳）人，后因变故全家迁居于浔阳(今江西九江），宰相向敏中曾孙女，宋神宗赵顼皇后。1085年，宋哲宗继位，尊为皇太后。1100年宋哲宗去世，一度临朝听政。力排宰相章惇之议，拥立端王赵佶为帝，是为宋徽宗。谥号钦慈献肃皇后。
