发现学习是指学习的主要内容未直接呈现给学习者，只呈现了有关线索或例证。学习者必须经历一个发现的过程，自己得出结论或找到问题的答案。它由美国著名心理学家布鲁纳研究并提出。发现学习具备四个方面的特征，有其优点，也有其局限性，应科学对待。
