包销(bought deal,underwriting),又称独家经销，是指供货人通过包销协议把某种商品或某类商品在某个地区和一定期限内的经营权单独给予国外某一包销商的一种贸易方式。也就是说包销商在协议规定的期限和地域内，对指定的商品享有独家专营权。
