劳资关系又称“雇佣关系”。资本主义制度下，资本家与雇佣劳动者之间所结成的关系。特点是：劳动者有人身自由，把劳动力作为商品出卖给资本家，所获得的工资远远低于其在生产过程中所创造的价值。从形式上看，劳动者出卖劳动力，资本家支付工资，双方之间通过订立合同加以确认，是一种极为平等的关系。但实际上，在这种关系的背后，资本家无偿地占有了劳动者剩余劳动所创造的价值。因此，劳资关系所真正反映的是一种不平等的受雇人和雇主的关系。
