内克（1732～1804），英文名，Necker，Jacques，法国财政总监。1732年生于日内瓦。15岁定居法国。以从事银行业起家，反对没收教会产业和发行捐券，主张实行温和的改革 ，与制宪议会的政策相抵触，遂于次年9月辞职，退隐日内瓦。
