任胜（?—前66）西汉大臣。霍光次婿。光执政时，任中郎将羽林监，掌握皇帝禁卫。光死，宣帝夺其兵权，徙为安定太守。羽林及两宫卫将、屯兵，全部调换宣帝所亲信外戚许、史两家子弟代任。后参予霍禹等谋反案，被处死。
