亚结构（substructure）是一种嵌镶结构，泛指晶体内部的错位排列和分布；特指晶体划分为取向差不大（从秒到度数量级）的亚晶粒，其晶粒间界可以归结为错位的行列或网络（见位错）。它们都是与超结构或调制结构相对而言的，其晶胞此时称为亚晶胞（subcell）。
