SHAFT（日语：シャフト，英文：SHAFT Inc.），日本动画制作公司。1987年的“梦から、さめない（因为是梦，所以不醒）”是该社首部自主制作作品，1995年“十二生肖爆烈战士”则是首部自社企划、主制作的电视系列。以2000“飞跃巅峰”DVD再次发售时作为影像特典收录的短片作品的制作为开始，2001年至2005年间以共同名义与GAINAX合作制作动画。2004年，公司创始人若尾博司卸任，久保田光俊就任执行董事。在董事交替同时，整顿撮影部门，制作方式也转向数码化。之后更做出了大量如“绝望先生”等使用数字技术、且包含很多“小捏他”的独特作品。
