When I woke up, I felt empty, dry, and so not beautiful. I was surrounded by other apples. Apples of all different colors, I say! The bright, flourescent lighting blinded my eyes, and the stench of fresh vegetables and other fruits surrounded me. Above my bald head, there was a little disc with holes in it, tap water dripping onto my skin. Beside me was a sign. Apples: $1 for 3lbs it read. And humans, oh, the disgusting humans...they were everywhere.
