系泊浮筒,是指设在水上的供系船用的密封钢质浮体。由浮筒、锚链、锚碇3部分组成。浮筒通过锚链、锚碇固定在水面上,浮筒上有供船舶系缆用的系船环和钢质卸扣,由专用的系缆艇协助船舶进行系缆作业。在单浮筒系泊情况下,船舶受风、流作用将围绕浮筒漂移。为此,在港内多用双浮筒系泊,即首、尾缆各系一个浮筒,船舶即可稳定在水面位置上。
