碗头，菜名。在河南周口一带，是过年，婚庆喜宴餐桌上的一道菜。碗头的做法跟扣肉差不多，也是经过三道工序，煮，炸，蒸。碗头的味道香而不腻，很受欢迎，以前只是在喜宴桌上或者过年才吃，现在家里也是经常做，在饭店业很受欢迎。
