石油平台，或称钻油平台（英语：oil platform、offshore platform、oil rig），是一个位于海上的大型的结构设施，用于钻井提取石油和天然气，并暂时储存，直到石油被运送到陆地上的炼油厂去裂解原油成为产品。在许多情况下，该平台包含开采设施以及容纳劳动力的居住区。 根据不同的情况，该平台可以被固定到海底，可能是人工岛，或是漂浮于海上。多个海底油井也可以连接到一个石油平台，经由管线连接。
