有孔虫（学名：foraminifera），是一类古老的原生动物，5亿多年前就产生在海洋中，至今种类繁多。由于有孔虫能够分泌钙质或硅质，形成外壳，而且壳上有一个大孔或多个细孔，以便伸出伪足，因此得名有孔虫。有孔虫是海洋食物链的一个环节，它的主要食物为硅藻以及菌类、甲壳类幼虫等，个别种的食物是砂粒。有孔虫是浮游生物中重要的组成部分，也是大多数海洋生物的重要的食物来源。
