风肉又名北风肉。江苏如皋,湖南湘潭、衡阳地区冬季的腌肉制品。其肉肌细嫩,脂肪丰满,爽口不腻,最宜夏季煮食。湖南湘潭片区和衡阳地区衡山衡东都有冬至日制风肉的习俗。
