鞘磷脂(sphingomyelin)是一种由神经酰胺的C-1羟基上连接了磷酸胆碱(或磷酸乙醇胺)构成的鞘脂。以软脂酸及丝氨酸为原料先合成鞘氨醇后,再与脂酰CoA和磷酸胆碱合成。
