贫困生档案是确定国家助学贷款、学费减免、困难补助、勤工助学和社会资助对象，以及评定各类清寒奖学金的重要依据，为了保证档案的完整性、真实性、准确性，确保资助到位，定于每年3月中旬至4月上旬对原有贫困生档案进行更新、调整，对新生贫困生档案开始建立。
