组织行为，是指组织的个体、群体或组织本身从组织的角度出发，对内源性或外源性的刺激所作出的反应。组织行为是一种重要的组织现象，对这种现象的研究越来越引起了组织学家的重视。组织行为学是研究组织中人的行为与心理规律的一门科学。它是行为科学的一个分支，随着社会的发展，尤其是经济的发展促使了企业组织的发展，组织行为学越来越受到人们的重视。组织行为学又有其自身的许多分支，如企业组织行为学、学校组织行为学、医院组织行为学、军队组织行为学等等。目前企业组织行为学研究较多、应用较广，因此，人们常把组织行为学与企业组织行为学等同看待。组织在概念上是指群体的集合，多个群体通过一定的方式组合到一起形成组织。 组织行为的概念包括古典的，现代的组织理论基本观点，这些理论涉及以下内容：组织设计对员工的影响，组织的发展与变革，组织文化建设等。
