动脉损伤。股动脉起自髂外动脉,于腹股沟中点下方开始至下方内收肌裂孔处延至腘动脉;在这过程中股深动脉主干又分出旋股外侧动脉、旋股内侧动脉和穿动脉。除战时穿通伤外平时多因股骨干骨折时锐刺刺伤或其他锐器引起。以股(浅)动脉多见。亦可引起股动脉与股静脉同时受损而引起动静脉瘘;刺伤引起股动脉管壁部分破裂于后期有可能形成假性动脉瘤或是继发性血栓形成。股动脉受阻后侧支循环主要依靠股深动脉所形成的动脉网;因此在此段或其上方受损则所。
