交底，是指在某一项工作（多指技术工作）开始前，由主管领导向参与人员进行的技术性交待，其目的是使参与人员对所要进行的工作技术上的特点、技术质量要求、工作方法与措施等方面有一个较详细的了解，以便于科学地组织开展工作，避免技术质量等事故的发生。
