摘要目的：观察腮腺肿瘤切除后植入口腔修复膜对味觉出汗综合征的预防效果。
Abstract: Objective: to observe the effect of prosthodontics membrane in the prevention of Frey's syndrome after parotidectomy.
结论：切除腮腺时保留并重建腮腺咬肌筋膜对术后味觉出汗综合征的预防有显著效果。
Conclusion: a parotidectomy with reservation and reconstruction of parotid fascia can efficiently prevent Frey's syndrome.
结果：20例患者手术获得成功，仅有1例于19个月后肿瘤复发，4例出现味觉出汗综合征。
