Ed Weiler: The Hubble has discovered things that we could never have anticipated.
Ed Weiler is NASA's chief astronomer. Mr. Weiler has worked closely with the Hubble program since nineteen seventy-nine.
‘One of the attractive things about this approach to time travel is that it avoids all the big paradoxes,’ Mr Weiler said.
Weiler said that Hubble has taken images of the universe that are ten times clearer than any ever produced by telescopes on the ground.
Ed WEILER: "the Hubble, when it was launched, represented an increase in capability of other telescopes on the ground by a factor of ten."
Weiler expects papers to appear in a matter of days or weeks.
Ed Weiler says the Hubble telescope also confirmed the existence of black holes.
Meanwhile, alternative theories are likely to abound. Weiler expects papers to appear in a matter of days or weeks.

The Hubble was refitted with new instruments in 2009. EarthSky asked Dr. Weiler what he expects from it in the years to come.
Ed Weiler: the Hubble has discovered things that we could never have anticipated. That is, it's literally changed our view of the universe.
Which is often forgotten by our younger generation of astronomers who make their careers by using Hubble Space Telescope, "says Ed Weiler."
