OBJECTIVE To develop a RP-HPLC method for the determination of clonazepam (CZP) in serum of drug-dependent patients to provide a scientific basis for clinical use of CZP.

In repeated dose decreasing group, the CZP concentration ratio in both brain and serum declined to 0.7 with the dose decrease, almost the same as that of single-dose group.
减量重复给药后发现，随着第二次给药剂量减少，脑组织中药物浓度与血清药物浓度的比值下降至0.7，近似可接近单次给药后的比值。
