The hemodynamic effects of domestic amrinone on 36 patients with congestive heart failure were observed.
目的：研究氨力农对慢性肺心病急性发作期患者的心功能、肺动脉压PAP的作用。
Objective:To study the effect of amrinone on the cardiac function and pulmonary arterial pressure (PAP) in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic pulmonary heart disease.
结果显示氨力农能显著增加CI，降低PCWP，轻度降低血压，对心率无明显影响。
Results showed that CI was significantly increased, PCWP was decreased, blood pressure was slightly decreased by amrinone but no significant effect on heart rate.
