The yards and meters labels on the scale of a map of Vatican City, which was contained in a World News graphic on Saturday about the papal conclave, were incorrectly reversed.
The forum was organised in association with the OECD Centre for Educational Research and Innovation and focused on the findings and conclusions from an OECD study to map the scale and scope of OER initiatives in higher education.
