The high court will hear arguments Monday over the legality of Arizona's voter-approved requirement that prospective voters document their U.S. citizenship in order to use a registration form produced under the federal "Motor Voter" voter registration law that doesn't require such documentation.
Mr Corbel said provision for the transfer of staff, terms, conditions and trade union recognition were included in the bus tender document and he believed it was a requirement of the new operator.
These recommendations include: A Simple Due Diligence Disclosure Document, Management Attestation, Standardized Financial Reporting Requirement, and Consistent Regulation of Financial Intermediaries.
