The passenger is entitled to "reimbursement of the amounts which proved necessary, appropriate and reasonable to makeup for the shortcomings of the air carrier", the ECJ said.
Those inclined to hold for the longer-term will have plenty of opportunity to see how the stock is trading and how the fundamentals are shaping up to make a reasonable decision, to hold the stock or take profits.
"If you look at it from a common sense perspective, you can make arrangements so an employee can make time up later in the week, that's a reasonable approach, " a spokesman said.
