Over the last decade businesses have realized that one of the mosteffective ways to distinguish products and services in an overstocked marketplace is through design.
The Health and Social Care Board says it is committed to ensuring that all patients get timely access to safe and high quality care and that services are delivered in the most cost effective way possible.
He added that ministers believed the mosteffective approach was to build on the experience of local fire and rescue services, rather than imposing solutions from central government.
