National Rifle Association President David Keene said at a recent media event that his organization supports reforms that would makeit tougher for mentally ill people to get guns.
Any new government legislation would potentially makeit possible for someone to help a terminally-ill person die without the possibility of prosecution for doing so.
However, a 10-year study showed that while the oil does not appear to work for people who are already ill, it does seem to prevent illness in those whose genes make them vulnerable to developing symptoms.
It's important that we don't make any ill-considered decisions -- even with the best intentions -- particularly at a time when our resources are so limited.
