"We've said all along that students should not be penalized for the UFT's failure to negotiate, and our goal has been and continues to be a fair and effective evaluation system, " Deputy Mayor Howard Wolfson said Thursday.
The continuing evaluation of potential safety signals at the FDA requires assessment of all available data from many sources, with the goal of reaching sound conclusions in a manner that is transparent to physicians and patients.
